What brands do you admire, and why?
I truly admire Nike. I think their marketing approach is bold and fearless – something that more brands should be.
What gets you excited to come to work each day?
My job as a media planner is exciting in that each day is completely different. One day I can be working on a media plan, the next day I’m placing a programmatic display buy, and the day after I’m digging into the analytics of a campaign to give a client a report. Also, I’m lucky in that the media team’s teamwork is incredible, and we always have each other’s backs.
What is the weirdest thing on your desk and why do you have it?
I wouldn’t say it’s weird, but it’s definitely my favorite; my Chicago Cubs beanie baby. I got it when I went to the parade after the Cubs won the World Series in 2016. It’s a little reminder of 1. How much I love the Cubs and 2. Anything is possible!
