Where do you find your inspirations?

I enjoy reading non-fiction, and I’m particularly drawn to scientific and medical topics for reasons that aren’t entirely clear, even to me. The topics are fascinating to me, but I also find a ton of inspiration in the ways medical and scientific breakthroughs have occurred throughout history. It’s obviously not an apples-to-apples comparison, but I absolutely find inspiration in reading about how humanity has triumphed over some of its biggest hurdles. Comparing those to the challenges we face at an agency, it lets me say, “If humanity found the cure for polio, we can knock out this brief.”

What drew you to LGA?

LGA immediately struck me as an agency that is deeply rooted in its proud tradition and values but is simultaneously eager for growth and new opportunities. I also love that it’s independent, which means the agency can make decisions entirely based on what’s good for the agency, its people, and its clients.

What gets you excited to come to work each day?

I love to learn, which is what drew me to the agency world in the first place. The fast-paced nature of what we do and the constantly evolving landscape means we are always adopting new technologies, or learning about new products from a client, or tracking the latest consumer trends and behaviors. That constant learning makes me excited to come to work each day.
