Dove, for putting more honesty in advertising and addressing the unrealistic expectations put on women by traditional media. I wish I had written just about every ad I see from The Campaign for Real Beauty.

What drew you to LGA?

The family-like atmosphere, the size, and the chance to help take LGA to the next level of creative work and new business wins.

What’s the weirdest thing on your desk, and why do you have it?

A Stay Puft Marshmallow Man given to me by an art director. It makes me laugh and reminds me to never take things too seriously.
