What gets you excited to come to work each day?

The exciting part of what I do is the opportunity to help our clients develop and execute communications strategies that move the needle for their organizations. Depending on the client, that might mean boosting sales, building their standing in the community, defusing a potential threat to their reputation or any number of other objectives.

What do you wish people knew about your job?

Ideally, we want our clients delivering their messages through any and all communications channels that reach their target audiences, whether it’s public relations, paid media or other platforms. What we do in PR day in and day out is help our clients cut through the clutter with clear, consistent messages about their brands, products or services that will be the same messages being delivered across all channels.

What brands do you admire, and why?

Honda is one of my favorite brands because it consistently delivers on a simple promise of being the car that people can trust. I can relate to that because LGA’s brand promise is trust, too. Both of my daughters drive Hondas and I can sleep at night because I know their cars are safe and reliable. That, and because my mechanic is the best Honda guy around and I know he’ll keep them that way.
